    The “U” channel is probably a piece of rubber hose connecting the drain stub of the vent to the end of the drain tube located on the outside of the fire wall, which is what you are also looking for. I have a 1930 model’C’.

    Thanks for the note. All three pieces are missing on my car, the drain stub/vent water collection, the rubber hose and the firewall drainage tube. Some past owner must not have liked the whole system!

    I hope that somebody has the remains of a cowl and the parts I am looking for.
