    2 years ago I had John Cislak provide a UU2 rebuild.

    The cost was not inexpensive, but I must say that he did a great job- my ’29 ran much better and continues to do so. The unit was modified to run much better on today’s awful gas. The workmanship was breath-taking. The paint and nickel-plating were simply beautiful.

    Strongly recommended.

    Also had Jerry Washburn rebuild the water pump with modern seals 2 years ago. Still doesn’t leak. Likewise strongly recommended.
