    There is an engine for sale on Ebay for $999 or best offer.

    The only numbers listed are on the head. 15-7444-2 with what looks like a casting date of H-5-19 or 10. If the code on head castings are the same as engine blocks that would make it a May 19, 1927 casting.

    Interesting adaptations on the intake and exhaust manifolds and on the water outlet.

    What is this?

    It’s a 29 motor modified to use in a boat. Stude head…..interesting. You think the boat would have sank with that much iron in it!

    Maybe it is a dual purpose motor and anchor?
