According to this story, the Pierce-Arrow building on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo is now up for sale for just a dollar less than five million.

Looking up the sale listing on Google shows several places with additional information – including an elaborate website with a Historic Preservation Certification Application (not complete) dated 2012. There are dozens of photos; when clicked, they lead to more images – it suggests each window in the building was recorded in a photograph. One photo of the building exterior shows work being bone on the lower, earlier part of the structure.
There hasn’t been an update on the Administration Building in some time. It would be great to know what is going on – who is selling and why, and who may be looking, and why, too. Does anyone know?
