Great picture of those three long wheel base Pierce-Arrows. I wonder what the wheel base was extended to, on these? Also, all three “look” like they have metal roofs? Or, colored to match their body color?

The three Gillig bodied Pierce Arrows are Series 3 48 B-3 cars of 1914-1915 that have been rebodied by Gillig.The radiators have the sharp seamed outer edge which is a characteristic of the Pierce Arrows built prior to the Series 4 cars of 1916-1918.It was not uncommon for earlier cars to be rebodied in the 1920’s.
