As Museum Director I sometimes get interesting inquiries.

New member Joachim Richter sent me pictures of a radiator he would like to identify. He thinks it is from the 1917 era, but it looks earlier to me.

In the pictures you can see the number plate showing “65499B” and an Edders Mfg , Buffalo patent plate with a 1911 date.

Could this be from an early production 1911 66?

The 65499 is faintly visible as if stenciled or painted on the upper left top.

Can anyone help with identification? I can forward pictures.

David: Are you sure it doesn’t say Fedders?
