    I found this photograph of which the caption reads “Senator Kennedy campaigning for President.” The photo is dated Sept 11, 1960. Does anyone recognize this particular Pierce-Arrow or happen to know who the driver is?…The photograph states it is a 1912 pierce-Arrow. Any ideas of where this was taken?…or if the car is still extant?…

    Jacobsons was out of Michigan, so maybe Detroit?

    The Walker Scott store is from San Diego, so that shoots Detoit.

    May-June 1977 Gazette vol. 39 No. 3 has a picture of this car on the front cover.

    The 1912 Pierce Arrow 48 in the photo was in San Diego then it later passed to Phil Hill then to Doc Lawrence then to the current owner who is I believe a PAS member.It has undergone a complete restoration
