    I’m trying to make the windshield gear for my ’30 Mod B and need to know if anybody knows what the factory tolerance is on dimensions?

    On my windshield the opening is 2″ wide, I plan on making some extras and I don’t know if I should leave them a little long and people can file to fit. Maybe they don’t need to fit tight as long as the screws line up.

    What years did P-A use this same gear? Any input is welcome. Jim
