Early Early Bird Tour

Monday, June 9

Get ready for the ride of a lifetime! Our Early EARLY Bird Drive takes us on a scenic 170-mile loop through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the U.S. We’ll cruise down the iconic “Pig Trail”, a road that motorcycle enthusiasts call one of the best in the nation.
This picturesque route winds through lush forests, rolling hills, and dramatic vistas, offering endless photo ops and unforgettable views.  As we roll into Ozark, we’ll stop at the famous Post Winery for a well-deserved break and a taste of the region’s finest wines.
With smooth, well-maintained roads that are perfect for our Pierce-Arrows, this tour is a smooth ride from start to finish. Whether you’re a history buff, nature lover, or just a fan of great drives, the Pig Trail will not disappoint.

Tuesday, June 10 - Early Bird Tour

Our tour begins after the board meetings so everyone can enjoy our first official day together. We’ll head out around 2 o’clock for an afternoon visit to Pea Ridge National Military Park where you’ll step back in time to explore one of the most significant Civil War battlefields in the region. Learn about the pivotal Battle of Pea Ridge and its impact on the course of American history. Next we’ll take a leisurely drive through the stunning Beaver Dam area, winding through quiet country roads and picturesque views with stops for photos, exploration, and a taste of local charm. This peaceful afternoon driving your Pierce-Arrow, is the perfect way to start off our week together.

Wednesday, June 11

Experience a perfect day of art, architecture, and Southern charm with a visit to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, where you’ll explore iconic American masterpieces set within breathtaking natural surroundings. Before we leave we’ll step inside Frank Lloyd Wright’s Bachman-Wilson House, a beautifully relocated gem showcasing the architect’s organic design philosophy. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Smokin’ Joe’s Barbecue, savoring mouthwatering Southern BBQ before taking a scenic tour to the historic War Eagle Mill, one of the oldest operating gristmills in the country. From world-class art to architectural wonders and Southern hospitality, this day is a perfect blend of culture, beauty, and relaxation.

Thursday, June 12

We’ll begin our shortest driving day with a visit to the Saunders Museum in Berryville. Here we’ll explore an extraordinary collection of rare and historic firearms, as well as an impressive collection of regional art and artifacts. The museum offers a unique opportunity to experience Jack Saunders’ passion for antique guns, along with fascinating pieces that tell the story of the Ozarks. Afterward, enjoy lunch on your own in Berryville or venture back to downtown Eureka Springs for a variety of dining options, from casual cafés to local eateries serving up delicious, regional fare.  After lunch, we’ll embark on the Eureka Springs Historic District Tram Tour for a scenic and informative ride through the town’s charming historic district. Your guide will highlight the town’s Victorian architecture, rich history, and stunning views, giving you a deeper understanding of why Eureka Springs is such a beloved destination.   Some adventurers might like to sign up for the guided Ghost Tour of the historic Crescent Hotel.  Our Swap Meet, PAF Auction & Ladies Vintage Attic will be in lobby at 7PM.

Friday, June 13

Step into the past with a visit to the Ralph Foster Museum, home to an incredible collection of Ozarks history, from Native American artifacts to vintage cars and regional art. After exploring the museum’s fascinating exhibits, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at the nearby Keeter Center. Located at the College of the Ozarks, the Keeter Center features rustic elegance, with views of the surrounding Ozarks landscape, it’s the perfect complement to your day of discovery. We’ll continue our journey back in time with a visit to the Top of the Rock Museum where we’ll explore the ancient history of the Ozarks through captivating exhibits and stunning displays. This day is a perfect blend of history, culture, and Southern hospitality, offering an unforgettable experience for history enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

Saturday, June 14

On Saturday, we’ll enjoy our Pierce-Arrow car show, open to the public. After exploring the show, take some time to enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant, with convenient trolley service to get you there and back. Once the judging is complete, we’ll hit the streets for a grand Pierce-Arrow Parade through the heart of downtown Eureka Springs! For those interested in a bit of local history, we’ll continue on to an optional visit to Blue Spring, a significant stop on the Trail of Tears, after the parade. We’ll be back in time to get ready for the Awards Banquet for our Farewell Dinner. It’s a day full of classic cars, great food, friends and unforgettable experiences!

Thursday Add-on Tour

Thursday we’ve scheduled a guided ghost tour through the Crescent Hotel will take you on a spine-tingling journey through one of the most haunted landmarks in the US.   Built in 1886 as a luxury resort, the Crescent Hotel quickly became a popular destination for wealthy travelers  – its grand architecture and stunning views making it a sought-after retreat. Throughout its long existence, the Crescent has seen a variety of uses and guests have reported eerie encounters. On our tour, knowledgeable guides lead us through it’s shadowy corridors and rooms, recounting tales of restless spirits, including those of former staff and guests, some of whom are said to still haunt the halls. With its rich history dating back more than a century, the Crescent Hotel’s ghost tour is an unforgettable way to explore this iconic building. Add this to your registration for Thursday afternoon!

Anytime Add-on Tour

 After our Pierce-Arrow Parade through downtown Eureka Springs on Saturday after our car show, make time to see the natural wonder that feeds the White River with 38 million gallons of water each day. “Blue Spring” starts flowing into its trout-filled lagoon that overflows into the White River, replenishing the area with some of the purest water in the region. It is noted that American Indian tribes put their differences aside when they entered the spring area as it was considered sacred ground and was a stop on the Trail of Tears.  Plan on a visit on your own during the week or join other PAS members when they caravan there after the Pierce-Arrow Parade through downtown Eureka Springs on Saturday! Tickets are well worth your $15.00 – available at the door.
