Hello, what would be the Torque Specs for a 1935 V-12 head bolt nuts?  And any ideas on the pattern of replacing them.

I am working on my 1935 Model 1245.  And would like to replace the head nuts with chrome ones.

Any pictures of a pattern would be apprciated.

    Frank,

Information below is from PASB 2022-2 available on the website under “Publications”.

When you torque the head bolts, make sure to go in steps as outlined below.

    Hi Frank and Dave,

Dave’s post is correct. However, the new gaskets settle more than the old ones, and will need retorquing several times after driving the car.

    Cheers,

    Bob
