Vincent Terry Fitch, 77, of Boonville NY, passed away gently and gracefully on February 12, 2024. Surviving are his wife, Patricia; children, Melissa Fitch, Jim (Megan Bogacz) Fitch, Stacie (Fred) Bancroft; brother, Harold (Nancy) Fitch; and eight grand-children. Terry operated Fitch Funeral Home until 1997 when the business was sold. Terry was always very active in the community, being involved over the years with the Boonville Elk’s Lodge, the Boonville Lion’s Club, the Knights of Columbus, the Boonville Chamber of Commerce and the Dodge-Pratt-Northam Art & Community Center. He was also a member of the Franklin Automobile Club, the Pierce Arrow Society, the Carousel Organ Association and the Carousel Museum. He believed a life is determined by the things you love: family, friends and Boonville. Terry enjoyed collecting information on the history of Boonville and antique musical instruments. He owned 60 antique automobiles over the years and enjoyed going to the Hershey Car Show and numerous other car related events. The Society extends its sincerest condolences on behalf of its members to the Fitch Family.
