1930 B Touring going on E-bay

I’ve just hear local scuttlebutt about a 1930 Broadmoor Touring going on E-Bay auction.

This is the Mel Boonstra Broadmoor car. An older restoration that they had advertised in the Emporium after Mel passed away. #3026143 is a wonderful car, but not worth what the family was looking for. Not a high point car, but a nice driver. I had hoped that Kevin would keep the car, but apparently other family members just want money and he can’t justify buying them out at what they expect.

I tried to talk down the high price expectations before it was advertised in the Emporium. Maybe reality will arrive in response to this listing.

This car was at the 2002 and 2012 Kalamazoo meets and multiple Gathering at Gilmore events. If I had the money I would go after it, but we just don’t have the cash to do so. I hope someone in the Society will give it a good home

I would think that anyone serious about the car should call Kevin and talk to him directly. He’s in the roster.
