32 horn button popped out in my lap

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hi All, tooted the horn and the whole works sprung out and landed in my lap.  Gathered up all the parts and it looks like screws go from the backside of the metal piece that runs the headlight switch and into holes in the bakelight ring that the horn button is contained in.  Can’t figure out how to put the screws back in.  The headlight switch assembly looks threaded on the central shaft but I’m afraid to put any pressure on it beyond where it normally stops when turning on the lights.  Any suggestions much appreciated!</p>
