A Buffalo ice box, ALMOST a Pierce!

On the Rochester, NY, Craigslist, an 1890 ice box is listed, and when I first saw the picture I thought oh my, a Pierce.

Nope, but almost, it’s a Heinz & Munshchauer ice box, dated 1890! A number of years after Pierce split company with them.

I think the price is way salty, I researched on line and a H&M ice box recently sold in the $200 range. But I thought it was interesting!
