2013 Silent Auction

Dear Friends,

As you prepare for your trip to the Pierce-Arrow Society Annual Meet in Minden, please think about bringing something along for the Pierce-Arrow Museum Benefit Silent Auction. Following a fun and successful first year event in 2012, we will again hold a Museum Silent Auction in conjunction with the Friday evening Swap Meet in Minden. All donated items are tax deductible and proceeds will go directly to the Pierce-Arrow Museum, a 501(c)3 Educational Foundation.

The best items to donate would be easily transportable. They don’t need to be P-A or even car related, but should be things that have some likely general appeal to either men or women. Art, books, jewelry, antiques, and memorabilia related to P-A or old cars would be ideal. See or call Dave or Diana Stevens in Minden before Friday evening to have your items picked up and get a tax receipt.

Please help support our Museum by bringing items to donate and by bidding on items that appeal to your Pierce-Arrow refined tastes. We have already received some fine general items and quite a few 1930’s used P-A parts for this event. Your donations and bidding support will be greatly appreciated and put to good use. And if you haven’t sent in a 2013 Museum Membership, now is a good time!
