I came across this interesting looking vehicle on an old car website. Anyone want to take a stab at it?… Pierce fenders perhaps?… any ideas?… Looks like a Lincoln greyhound ( or is it a whippet?) hood ornament. Have fun.

The hood and radiator shell appear to be 1932 Chevrolet. I wonder if the body is made up of pieces from some type of airplane. Someone must have been very proud to drive this “one off”” custom special around town.”

Looks like a root beer keg to me. Maybe it was a promotional body that had its original advertising “Dad’s””? painted over.
