Brake service

I an trying to service the brakes on my 1930 Victoria B. It’s a very late 1930 production with cables operating two shoe brakes. I haven’t been able to locate anything helpful on the PASB CD, but perhaps I’m not searching properly. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tom

Jim Capaldi at Capaldi Enterprises in Wiloughby Ohio just did the brakes on my model B and would be very helpful in doing yours. as you know i was having problems with them at the gathering at gilmore and he reworked them to perfect after i returned.
