Should the fan blades be bare or painted black?

The archer is bare, I believe the fan blades are painted black….

Depends on the series……..41 & 42 are polished. Cislak sells new fan blades.

So the Series 43 fan is painted all over? Seems the same fan, though… I should have gone for the 42 at least!

My fan on Model 43 shows no sign of ever being plated….

If the blades are aluminum, only a polish would be needed.

Randy, my fan blades are steel. Merlin has a good selection of Model 43’s, it might be interesting for you to take a short trip and to inventory the fan blade finish on his cars….!!

Mine ate steel, I had assumed they were aluminum when I saw shiny blades on other Pierces. Thanks!
