Glove box door with data plate, year, model?

I recently acquired this piece, because it was affordable, I didn’t have one, and have never seen one for sale, though know nothing about it. Guess I’m destined to own pieces of early cars and never a whole car. Has a plate on it that lists a bunch of patent dates, the last one seeming to be 1915, but that doesn’t really date the door.

Can someone tell me year, model, application? Thanks David C.

Pierce Arrow cars do NOT have glove box doors……..they have dash cabinets. 🤔
