First, I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holiday season. Second, a wish for an early Spring and a chance to get the Pierce out and about as yesterday Winter finally arrived in Northern Virginia. Hopefully photo attaches this time.

Likewise James! That picture looks like Zurich not NOVA.
We have Winter in Chicago, too!
Old Man Winter’s “novelty”” has come and gone in Cincinnati.
And the Springtime rains needed to wash all of the road salt away cannot come soon enough…

Merry Christmas! The palm trees can be seen packing up and leaving.
I experienced 16 below zero last week. We’ll fix those pipes when
we find them. I can’t take much more of this fall weather. I went to
a club Christmas Party in Redding Ca. Saturday(in the Sacramento
Valley). They are about 4,000 elevation lower than me and get snow
once every ten years. They had 8 inches, where we have 6 inches. Best

…. Southern Colorado
Anthony,
I was in sunny CA (The Valley) over Thanksgiving and it was just that…almost 70 degrees. My kids went to the beach the Sunday after surfing with their cousins! I have flown over the mountains East of Sacramento this time of year on my way to Travis several times and it usually looks like the -16 you speak of.
I was also stuck in one of the worst snow storms between Pueblo and Dalhart several years back. Joe, your picture looks much nicer, but still a bit on the “chilly”” side!
Stay warm. James”
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone.
Here in Southern Calif we are finally getting a little winter cold.
It’s been down in the 30’s overnight.
I know quite a few of you drive your Pierces in the snow and I commend you for that. I could never do that with my Pierce. Since my PA doesn’t even know what snow is I don’t think she would ever forgive me if I drove in some.
Stay safe out there in all this weather you guys are dealing with.
I moved to the north part of Virginia 27 or so years ago, I’m a Louisiana boy, still not quite sure what all this white stuff is outside…guess one day ought to drive the phaeton out there and take a picture…kudos to those who brave it…
To all my friends in PAS.
I want you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Pierce-Arrow Year.
Oivind from Norway.
PS
A week ago we did have a nice white winter weather. Today is all the snow disappeared, now with 47 F. degree!
Merry Christmas to all and a Piercing New Year!
Make Merry this Festive Season!
I look forward to seeing you all in Warwick, Rhode Island at the 2014 Annual Meet. (details now online)
