Ignition key source?

Does anyone know if a key can be created for an old Sargent (~1923) lock cylinder?

There is a # on the cyl.

I suspect that any good Locksmith could do that for you.

What are the Numbers on the cylinder?

Finding one (a key) on eBay might be easier than getting one created.
