I am very sad to advise that Linda Kughn passed away October 17 after a brief illness. Dick is naturally heartbroken, but coping.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday October 29 at 10 AM.

First Presbyterian Church, 1669 W. Maple Rd., Birmingham, MI 48009.

The Pierce-Arrow Museum will establish a Memorial Fund in Linda’s name.

Our condolences to Dick and his family. Trish and I, along with our two oldest grandsons, Ethan and Matthew, have enjoyed many good times during our annual Gathering at Gilmore weekends with Dick and Linda. May she Rest in Peace.

I’m pleased to report that PAS members have thus far contributed $2,170 to the Linda Kughn Memorial Fund for the Pierce-Arrow Museum.

Linda was a strong advocate for both the Society and the Museum. We look forward to working with Dick to select an appropriate way to honor her memory with something permanent in the Museum by next April.

Our sincere thanks to those who have contributed so far and to any who wish to join in the memorial remembrance.

    Dave Stevens
