It looks like the Pierce Arrow is a 1913-1914 Model C-2.There is a surviving C-2 that came from the St.Louis area.Could it be the same car?

Those headlights look oversized or out of the ordinary. I agree with the

Clearly a C-2 Five Passenger Touring Car.The car coming down the street appears to be a Dodge Brothers.
