model 54 8 cylinder oil filter element

I tried to find a replacement oil filter element at my local O’Reilly store but the closest thing they had was a WIX 51004. The WIX 51004 is about 1in taller than my element. I used the Purlator part numbers P-48 and P-48-6 but neither one came back with a match. Does anyone have an idea as to where I can find the correct element?

Just Google Purlator P-48 and several eBay sources show up. Good luck.
