Parking light wires

Could someone tell me how the wire goes through the horn mounting bracket up through the bottom of the parking light. Was there a hole in the bolt that holds the parking light on, or does it go to the side of the bolt? Thanks Doug Vogel

I believe it should be a split bolt! It has been several years since I rewired mine.
