It’s pretty bad when your head service manager (Nicodemus) passes

false information to his underlings. In a memo, he asserts that

the 1601 and 1701 as well as the short wheelbase “12’s”” had a

wheelbase of 138. I went out to see if an inch was missing on my

car. I wonder if he lived it down?
