PIERCE-ARROW at HERSHEY

The Pierce-Arrow tent at Hershey will again be located in the Red Field at RCH 38. We are again asking (BEGGING) for volunteers to help with coverage of the tent.

Please let me know ASAP if you have a time preference – first come, first choice.

Wed -Thurs – Friday: 9 to 11 – 11 to 1 – 1 to 3 – 3 to 5 Also Saturday 9 to 11 – 11 to 1

If there are two of you who want to split a 2 hour coverage slot, that will be OK.

I’ll be covering Tuesday afternoon for setup and each day for opening from 8 to 9 and closing 5 to 6.

The annual Pierce-Arrow dinner will be held in a new location this year. Plan to join your Pierce friends for a fun evening. As always it will be at 6:30 on Thursday evening.

The new location is The Grantville Restaurant. The address is 9147 Allentown Blvd (Route 22), located East of Route 39 and just west of Sand Beach Rd. Maps will be available in the P-A Tent. Go north on 39 from the Giant Center, turn right on 22 to the restaurant. Alternatively for those who like sports car roads, go north on Sand Beach (East side of Hershey Hotel) to 22, turn left to restaurant.

This new location is much closer and easier to get to. Hope to see everyone there.
