Pierce-Arrow Society at Hershey

The Pierce-Arrow tent at Hershey will again be located in the Red Field at RCH 38 at the head of ‘Pierce-Arrow Row’. Please come by, use this as a home base, use it as a meeting place, post ads for Sale Items or Items Wanted, shop for P-A products, renew memberships or bring potential members. Sit down, rest your feet, have some refreshments and talk about P-A stuff.

We are also asking (BEGGING) for volunteers to help with coverage of the tent. It’s fun, easy and you get to rest your feet!

Please let me know ASAP if you have a time preference – first come, first choice. Currently open slots are:

Wed. Oct 9 – 11 to 1, 1 to 3, 3 to 5

Thurs. Oct 10- 9 to 11, 1 to 3,

Friday Oct 11 – 9 to 11, 11 to 1, 1 to 3

If there are two of you who want to split a 2 hour coverage slot, that will be OK.

I’ll be covering Tuesday afternoon for setup and each day for opening from 8 to 9 and closing 5 to 6.
