Pierce-Arrow Tent at Hershey needs Volunteers

The Pierce-Arrow Society & Museum Tent at Hershey this year will be in the heart of activity at C4W 20-22. This is the first aisle in the Chocolate Field just North of the Giant Center bridge, convenient to food and restrooms and a high traffic area.

We are again asking for volunteers to help with coverage of the tent. We hope that everyone attending Hershey will use these P-A spaces for a meeting place, spot to relax, enjoy refreshment, place & check ads and just talk Pierce. Pierce-Arrow merchandise will be available and some other PAS member spaces are nearby. Some of our members will still be located in the Red Field row RCH.

Please help with tent coverage, promote the Society and Museum and have fun with new and old friends. See the schedule below and let me know ASAP if you have a time preference. Reply by E-mail or call me at 231-740-6610 anytime. Thank you for your assistance and for helping to promote the Pierce-Arrow Society. This is a great time and place to recruit new Pierce enthusiasts and sign up new members.

We will again have a Thursday Evening Dinner at the Dodge City Steak House for PAS members and friends. Everyone is welcome. See details and directions in the P-A tent.
