I regret to report that long time Pierce Arrow lover, Quentin H. Brown of New Hartford, New York and Coco Beach, Florida passed away on December 13, 2008. He served his country in the Navy after graduation from High School in 1945 and participated in the occupation of Japan after the war. He was graduated from Utica College and after working for Utica Drop Forge, entered his father’s business, operating it until 1995, when his sons took over. His beloved wife, Mary Margaret, passed on in 1993. He was very proud of his 1931 Pierce-Arrow Roadster, which he restored. Quentin is survived by his daughter and four sons, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. His friendly and cheerful disposition will be missed.
