Naming Rights at the Pierce-Arrow Museum!
As the Pierce-Arrow Museum continues working on a new updated layout, there is an opportunity for P/A Society members to have their name added to display images that will become part of the Museum display. By sponsoring a particular vintage P/A ad, your name will be added to the bottom of the banner that will be on display in the museum and will help fund the Museums’ new exhibits. We need your help! Here is an example:
The cost is $300 and your name will be on the display for a minimum of 2 years.
Help the Pierce-Arrow Museum by being a sponsor!

We are in the process of working on 4 banners (so far) for the P/A Museum.
Here is one that my wife and I are sponsoring.
Of 13 different eras, we have 4 sponsors so far, which means we have 9 more banners available.
The cost is $300, and your banner will be up for 2 years in the Museum.
Interested? Contact me, or Dave Stephens for more info.
The banner size is 3 X 6 feet.

The P/A Museum will certainly appreciate your support, and wouldn’t it be great fun to see you name up on the wall in the Museum?
I’d like to half sponsor the Silver Arrow one, at $150, will someone on the forum go in on the other half with me? Thanks David Coco
David, I sent you an email regarding your last post.

The Second Decade should read 1910-1918.
Arguably, “Postwar Changes” should cover the model years 1921-1928. “The Second Decade” may need a rename and should run through 1920 (Series 31 & 51), as the 1920 models are a continuation of bodies and engines from 1914 and before. The Series 32 for 1921 had new bodies, left hand steering, and a monoblock engine.
Edit to my post immediately above: The *cylinder block* was cast as a unit 1921-28, and bolted to a cast aluminum crankcase–replacing cylinders cast in pairs.
Allow me to post all the banner headings that are being divided up into eras:
* The early years: 1878-1900
* The Great Race: 1900-1904
* Standardizing the Line: 1905-1909 and Glidden successes
* The Second Decade: 1910-1913
* The War Years: 1914-1919
* Postwar Changes: 1919-1928
* The Series 80
* The Studebaker Years: 1928-1933
* The Silver Arrow: 1933-1934
* Independence Again: 1933-1938
* Trucks & Buses:
* Travelodge Trailers
* The P/A Society & Museum: Partners in P/A History
