Technical Search Tool Issue

A problem has cropped up with the Technical Article Search Tool.  The web folks are working to correct it.  The tool still works, however, if you enter a “Model” in the search criteria, make sure it is just a model number or letter such as “836” or “48-B-3” or “A”.  There are a number of Model designations in the “Model” drop down that are longer, such as “Model 836” or “12 cyl Model 1242” that will not return any results.  We are sorry for the inconvenience and will get the problem resolved as soon as possible.
