So many people enjoyed the you tube video of the 1934 Convertible, I thought I would post these pictures with a short story attached. The photos are of a 1936 Pierce 1601 sedan that was in the “famous”” Bill’s Junk Yard in Rhode Island. The car was in the yard from the 60 to the 80’s when it was sold when the yard closed. It was purchased by a club member for parts. There weren’t many left! It made it’s way to John Cislak’s shop for final cut up. What was very strange is back in the early 90’s I purchased a good used trunk lid from Bob Sands for my 36 1602 club sedan. He took it off this car in the late 60’s or early 70’s in the junk yard in RI! The lid was on my car just behind the hulk as it was getting cut up. Strange how the car found it’s way to the garage almost 40 years later. I may have to post multiple times for all the pictures to show. ENJOY…. Ed”

Last One! Hope you enjoyed the show! Now you know why collectors from the east coast like to buy west coast cars! :-) Thanks, Ed
