What year does this fit?

I have a Crest badge and am trying to figure out what year/model/s it fits?

Think the removable emblem is 1932-33, for crank hole cover. 1931 had a solid plate with a quarter turn fastener, and 1934 up were all bolted on, stationary emblems.

The assembly fits 1932 all, and 1933 model 1242 & 1247. Just the emblem fits 1933 836 & 1236, and 1934-5 all except 836A.

Bob has is right: and they often got ‘lost’, or if it fell off, it got run over or skinned up on the pavement.
