wheel covers

I am restoring my 1245 and have been unable to find the spare tire wheel covers. I am interested in making them,I think the hard part will be the latches. Does anyone have any interest in them and any idea on the latches

Not an expert but I would consider that Pierce-Arrow may have bought either the latches or the entire cover from a vendor, and there may be similar ones used on other Cars.
