PAS Hershey 2020 Room Reservations – YOU MUST CANCEL THEM TO AVOID BEING CHARGED!

Dear PAS Hershey 2020 Attendee,

If you or your guests have a room/rooms booked at the Double Tree in Lancaster for the postponed 2020 Hershey Meet, you need to call to CANCEL your rooms now.  I am happy to report, I signed a contract today and we will be back at the same hotel for Hershey 2021.  The Hilton family of hotels will not book rooms more than 365 days out, so you CANNOT move your same room reservation for next year.  We will have a new room block in place by June 15, 2020.  We don’t want any of our members to get billed for a reservation this June because you did not show up.  So please take the time during this next week and CANCEL your room nights.  Hilton Doubletree Hotel 1-717-464-2711 is the correct phone number.  We will post the new block code as soon as we have the block ready.

We have been in contact with our venues and vendors who will entertain us in 2021.  They are all onboard and most have already committed to holding the pricing they gave us for 2020.  Food vendors are the only vendors who will be waiting on meat prices to stabilize before they commit to 2021 pricing.  We look forward to hosting the 63^rd Annual PAS Meet, June 8^th – June 12^th, 2021 in Lancaster, PA.
