Comment	Mr Crouse was the first owner and retained ownership for 31 years until 1964. In 1964 the PIerce was found stored in a dry chicken coop in Voorsville in New York state with less t just 48000 miles. The car was purchased by Mr Leon Pergl from Georgia who completed a restoration and kept the Pierce for a further 28 years . During which time he travelled to various homes, with the car, in California, Rochester NY, Michigan and finally to Roswell in Georgia.

Vehicle History	In 2012 Mr Leon Pergl was traced living in Roswell Georgia and was a real gentleman and very pleased to hear from us. He provided to us important information and various documents and memoribilla including the original chassis plate and a collection of black and white photographs of when he first purchased the Pierce. He had kept all these items as a kind of keepsake and had obviously been very fond of the Pierce Arrow. The Pierce was imported to the UK circa 1990 by a classic car restorer and then sold totally restored to a Tom Wyton and John Woodman before being purchased by Steve Purnell in 2009. This Pierce Arrow attended in 2012 “The Rally of the Giants” At Blenheim Palace (the birth home of Winston Churchill) and was awarded with “Car of the Show”. We also met up with John Woodman one of the first owners in the UK. In 2018 The Pierce Arrow completed an 800 mile tour taking in Suffolk and the Norfolk coastal towns. visiting the city of Norwich several historic homes including the Queens home at Sandringham. The Pierce drove perfectly without any problems. The Pierce continues to be in excellent condition and the current lockdowns in l2020 due to the Corona Virus have meant even more attention lavished on the Pierce.
