    I have embarked on a effort to see if I can find who originally owned my ’33 836 and where it was bought. Since Studebaker Dealers were selling Pierces in 1933, (that is somewhat of an assumption as that was the year Studebaker went bankrupt) I came across this site that lists Studebaker Dealers by state and in some cases, when they existed.

    Since my car was found just outside of Charlotte, NC I was looking for dealers in Charlotte. I started with C.W. Upchurch which lead me to this really interesting description of car dealers in the ’20-30’s.
