Firing order

This may seem obvious, but is the number 1 plug at the front? The only reason I ask is on my Jags #1 was at the rear.

The Brit’s always seem to do things different.. Yes, #1 is the cylinder closest to the radiator.

Yup, Lord Nuffield and I had the same name too, but I never wound up with a Morris car.
