HELP – ’32 Artillery Wheel – Hubcap Removal?

Folks:

I don’t want to mess-up up the paint on the wooden wheels while removing the hubcaps. Ed Minnie suggested using a hefty plastic scraper from Harbor Freight. I bought a set. Ain’t happnin’. How do these hub caps come off? I need to pull the wheels and hubs to service the wheel bearings.

I use a tool from Bob Drake Reproductions. It’s called the universal wheel wizard,part number TL-110. Makes the task very easy. Go to Bob drake.com
