HELP NEEDED at HERSHEY P-A TENT

PLEASE HELP!!!

The Pierce-Arrow tent at Hershey will again be located in the Red Field at RCH 38-41. We are still asking (BEGGING!!) for volunteers to help with coverage of the tent. Only half of the time slots are filled. Please let me know ASAP if you have a time preference – first come, first choice.

Wed. Oct 8 – 9 to 11 – Joe Malone

If there are two of you who want to split a 2 hour coverage slot, that will be OK.

I’ll be covering Tuesday afternoon for setup and each day for opening from 8 to 9 AM and then 5 to 6 PM and closing.
