Hershey AACA Fall Meet 2019

Ken, This is a quote from the AACA Forum: We do not want to panic people BUT we will make a very strong suggestion to book your rooms for the fall meet now!! Especially at the outlying hotels if you are use to staying there. This year there is a very large kids soccer tournament all over the county and although many of the rooms nights are way outside our area some local hotels may get booked for Friday and Saturday nights. I will be working on trying to find out which hotels in Hershey are affected (if any). The Lodge and Hotel Hershey are not. Please, do not take this lightly. It is a huge soccer tournament with literally several thousand people involved.

I am sure the outlying campgrounds will have the same problems. The key is if you need hookups to electric etc. or not. Camping on the grounds is available as early as the Saturday before Hershey. Showers are under the stadium, but no other facilities except jiffy johns. The closest campground is owned by Hershey and sells out every year. They have a shuttle bus to the show all day long. If you are going to sell in the flea spaces and are an AACA member you can camp in your space. You can apply for a space in July. Karl
