Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving holiday.  I am replacing the  wooden wheels on my ’29 with wire wheels.  I have everything I need for the four wheel.  However, I need to revise/fabricate a new spare tire/wheel holder on the back of my car (currently holds 1 spare steel rim and tire for a wooden wheel. I need to make it hold a wire wheel and tire). I would appreciate it if anyone who has wire wheels on their 1929-1931(?) car and a rear spare wheel carrier would take some picture of the spare wheel holder without the wheel on it so I can figure out how to correctly revise my rear spare tire carrier.
Robert, I have a ‘31 Phaeton with a rear mount spare. Here is a picture if the bracket to hold the spare.  Please let me know if you need anything else.Â
