Pierce-Arrow Tent at Hershey

Greetings to all!

The Pierce-Arrow tent at Hershey will again be located in the Red Field at RCH 38. We are asking (BEGGING) for volunteers to help with coverage of the tent.

Please let me know ASAP if you have a time preference – first come, first choice.

Wed -Thurs – Friday: 9 to 11 – 11 to 1 – 1 to 3 – 3 to 5 Also Saturday 9 to 11 – 11 to 1

If there are two of you who want to split a 2 hour coverage slot, that will be OK.

I’ll be covering Tuesday afternoon for setup and each day for opening from 8 to 9 and closing 5 to 6.

Plan to join the “P-A and Friends” group for Dinner Thursday evening as arranged for us by Greg Loftness…it gets better every year! Feel free to bring your friends.
