Pierce-Arrow Tent at Hershey

The Pierce-Arrow tent at Hershey will again be located in the Red Field at RCH 38. This is the area to the side of the old stadium.

Be sure to stop for a visit and check out all of the P-A related vendors in this aisle. Use the P-A tent as a place to meet, a place to rest your feet, or treat your parched throat. Use our meessage boards to Post items FOR SALE or items that you NEED. We’ll have some P-A items for sale by the Company Store and Regional Projects. Bring prospects by to sign up as members or renew your membership for 2010. Come talk Pierce! We’ll be open 8 to 6 on Wednesday through Friday….and maybe Saturday morning.

We are asking for volunteers to help with coverage of the tent.

Please let Dave Stevens know ASAP if you have a time preference – first come, first choice.

Wed. – Thurs. – Friday: 9 to 11, 11 to 1, 1 to 3, or 3 to 5

If there are two of you who want to split a 2 hour coverage slot, that will be OK.

Dave will cover Tuesday afternoon for setup and each day for opening from 8 to 9 and closing 5 to 6.

Saturday morning will be a ‘maybe’ depending on weather and staffing.

Plan to join the “P-A and Friends”” group for Dinner Thursday evening as arranged for us by Greg Loftness…it gets bigger every year!
