PIERCE-ARROW TENTS at HERSHEY-Volunteers needed

The primary Pierce-Arrow Tent at Hershey will again be in the Red Field at RCH 38-39. We are again asking for volunteers to help with coverage of the tent. We hope that everyone attending Hershey will use the P-A spaces for a meeting place, spot to relax, enjoy refreshment, place or check ads or just talk Pierce. Pierce-Arrow merchandise is available and that part that you need may be located here on ‘Pierce-Arrow Row’ in the Red Field.

Please help with tent coverage, promote the Society and Museum and have fun with old and new friends! Let me know ASAP if you have a time preference – first calls get first choices. Thank you for supporting and promoting the Pierce-Arrow Society.

We have the opportunity to have a second Pierce-Arrow Tent in the Chocolate Field in spaces C4A-22 & 23 near the bridge in the center of the Swap Meet area. I will be covering that tent myself with the help of a couple of other volunteers. This centrally located area also has multiple PAS member spaces nearby. Thanks to the donors who made this possible for 2018. Some help at the Chocolate Tent would also be appreciated.

I will be doing setup Tuesday for both tents and at the Red Field every day for opening from 8 to 9 AM and then 5 to 6 PM and closing.

The Red Field Tent will be closed after Friday.

Currently we are in Idaho on the Glidden tour, we won’t be back in Michigan until late in the month.

I will be there, as well as Ken and LOKI.. But right now, I don’t know if I’m bringing a car to sell, or just parts or

just us and LOKI.

I’ll fill in one spot or another, and I’m sure Ken will help as well. But don’t tie us down right now..
