FDR was a Packard guy, as I was told. Isn’t that a Packard the robe is sitting on?

President Hoover and President elect Roosevelt are seated in one of the Pierce-Arrow Series 36 touring cars that were part of the White House fleet. This would be on Inauguration Day March 4, 1933.

Special price for (Pierce Arrow members only) for a very short time. Only $7,900.00, no PayPal, or eBay. A direct sale from one member to another. You could become a hero, and make it a great donation to the P-A museum for the tax write-off. Send a direct email to me if your interested. Thanks, Jim

If this will help anyone on the fence, Special price for P-A members only, private sale,$7,000.00. Get 7 members to pitch in a grand each and donate it to the P-A museum. If it doesn’t sell now, I’ll just put it back into our private museum.

    Jim,

If one of the members isn’t interested, you may want to try the White House Historical Foundation or the FDR library. The White House foundation’s number is (202) 737-8292.
