Thermostat from ’30’s rebuilder

I have found 88 year old man from Tennessee that rebuilds these thermostats for around $300, pp.  I sent him the one I that was in my ’36, along with another core I bought to check out (it was bad too)  I have both back now, and would sell the core for $60, which is about what I have in it.

Are you referring to the radiator shutter thermostat?

If so it would help a lot of us here if you give us his contact information (if it is okay with him)

I’m sure many of us could use his service(s)
