Wiring terminal block

I am wondering if anyone by chance has a source for the style of wiring block that my ’35 845 uses for connecting the chassis and body wiring harness. When I cleaned mine up I found that on two of the connectors the tiny little springs that push the little metal balls in to keep the bullet connectors attached are broken. I don’t see them ay Restoration Supply or anywhere else.

Are the balls smaller than a BB?

I’m not sure, I haven’t tried taking them apart as the springs and balls are swaged in permantly. I would have to drill the ends out, find some miniature springs and balls and probably drill and tap to hold them in with set screws. A lot of hassle for such a little part!
