Grill slat finish 1933

The shutters on my 1931 Model 43 were painted from the factory, they’ve never been chromed.

Hi,i dont know maybe my grill shutters have been painted from start,there is black paint left, it looks original.but hard to tell.anyway i plan to paint them black.all the best from Jack.
